Focus and Scope

Journal of Pesantren and Diniyah Studies publishes research articles covering Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) discourse and diniyah education, including the critical history of pesantren, Islamic education, Kitab Kuning and Turath studies-especially the work of Indonesian ulama (Muslim Scholar), thoughts of Kiai or Pesantren figures, Pesantren curriculum, studies of diniyah education institutions, Pesantren leadership, Pesantren policy or management, and the like. We invite all individuals interested in the focus and scope of the Journal of Pesantren and Diniyah Studies to contribute to our publication.
